Please note therefore that germination of seeds bought from the Blinding Lights Online website without an appropriate license is illegal in the United Kingdom.

For countries where Cannabis germination is legal, viability and germination rates of all varieties are tested on a regular basis. However, Seedsman Ltd does not accept any product-liability and we do not give any guarantees.

Delivery

Whilst every effort is made to get your seed order to you in good condition Blinding Lights Online is not responsible for confiscation by law enforcement / customs or damage to the packaging whilst in transit. If you have an issue with your delivery contact us using our online form to report any problems as soon as possible. Notification via telephone of faulty / damaged goods will not be accepted.
